Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship within the United States via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

• Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated 5–8 business days
• Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated 2–3 business days
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Remote Areas Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time and are fulfilled via FedEx Economy Select.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
