Refund & Return Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping costs).

Eligibility

• Rug must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Must be in its original packaging.
• Must be free from pet hair, stains, or odors.

Non-Returnable Items

• Rugs that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items marked as final sale.

How to Return

1. Contact us at jenniexie@wangtefa.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will provide a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We do support exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Item If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
