Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your rug. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your rug must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Free from pet hair, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

• Rugs that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

1. Contact us at jenniexie@wangtefa.com within 30 days of delivery
2. We'll provide a return shipping label
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Item If your rug arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
